Meet Claire Kilburn-Young

With more than two decades’ experience supporting emotional wellbeing and mental health, in educational settings, I have worked with a range of approaches including counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy and dialectical behaviour therapy. This has shaped my move into coaching where I now support people in creating meaningful and lasting change.

Throughout my career, I have supported individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, confidence challenges and significant life changes. This experience, combined with professional coaching training, has shaped a compassionate and practical non-clinical approach focused on helping people thrive rather than simply cope.

I believe wellbeing support should feel welcoming, empowering and accessible.
