My walk‑and‑talk sessions at the seaside blend mindful emotion coaching with the restorative power of nature. As we walk, we slow the pace, notice what’s happening inside, and gently make sense of thoughts and feelings without pressure or judgement. The movement helps release tension; the coastline offers space to reflect; the sound of the water supports grounding and co‑regulation.

Together, we explore what you’re experiencing in a way that feels safe, steady, and human. No fixing. No forcing. Walking naturally helps the body relax and the mind open up. When we move, stress hormones drop, breathing steadies, and thoughts become easier to untangle. Side‑by‑side conversation also feels lighter and less pressured than sitting face‑to‑face, making it easier to talk honestly and notice what’s really going on.

Every session comes with a follow‑up email with resources, reflections, and a gentle summary of what we explored together

Each session can be 60 or 90 minutes and will take place outside on local walks in the Nairnshire area.

The first session will be £35. Any session after that will be £45 for 60 mins and £65 for 90 mins session.

I also offer a discount for people / community groups who are on benefits and/or who are on a low income, I don’t want anyone to feel any barriers to the Coaching.
