If you’re looking for down‑to‑earth ways to understand your emotions and build a bit more resilience, Mindful Emotion Coaching is a lovely place to start. It’s simple, practical, and rooted in solid science — but it also fits naturally into everyday life, like taking a breath of fresh air or pausing to notice the world around you.

Mindful Emotion Coaching (MEC) began in work with children, young people, and families, but it’s something that supports people of all ages. Anyone who wants to strengthen emotional awareness and wellbeing can benefit from it, whether you’re navigating stress, relationships, or just trying to feel more steady day to day.

And because every person’s mind works differently, we take real care to make our approach flexible and neurodivergent‑affirming. Think of it like walking a path that bends with you — not the other way around.


What to Expect

If you’re ready for things to feel different, online coaching offers a gentle, flexible way to begin. You don’t need to travel, tidy the house, or prepare anything — simply find a comfortable, confidential spot, log in, and we’ll take it from there. We move at a pace that feels manageable and supportive for you.

Each online session includes:

  • A follow‑up email with resources, reflections, and a clear summary of what we explored

  • A 60 minute sessions, held via secure video call on teams

  • A calm, person‑centred, neuroinclusive approach that meets you exactly where you are

Pricing

  • First session: £35

  • Ongoing sessions:

    • £45 for 60 minutes

Reduced‑rate sessions are available for individuals and community groups on a low income or receiving benefits. I never want cost to be a barrier to accessing supportive coaching.
